Retainage for NetSuite is FullClarity's retainage management SuiteApp, built inside Oracle NetSuite. Construction businesses are required to withhold a percentage of each payment as security against defects. Retainage for NetSuite automates this on both sides of the ledger: AR (held by customers) and AP (held from subcontractors).
Retention is calculated automatically per contract terms, including sliding and tiered rates with amount-based or percentage-based caps. Release claim invoices and credit memos generate automatically when retainage becomes due, posted to the NetSuite GL with no manual rework. Defects liability tracking and multi-entity reporting are all in the same place. Handles US "retainage" and AU/UK "retention" in one platform.
